Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to work onsite

Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator
Pay: $30/hr-$35/hr
Duration: Temp to Hire
Job Description: Supporting the Order Fulfillment Department and Customer Service team this person will be regularly interacting with clients and logistics to make sure orders are being fulfilled appropriately. Smaller office in West LA of 6 colleagues supporting a larger distribution center based in Oxnard.
Primary Job Duties:
* Supporting customers and clients via phone and email (highly professional skills)
* Order processing, purchasing, fulfillment, following orders from pre-planning to delivery
* Liaison between design, production, overseas and traffic daily
Requirements:
* Detail oriented and highly organized
* Apparel or wholesale accessories industry experience
* High degree of self motivation
* EDI experience a plus
* Basic Excel (working within a spreadsheet)
* COVID-19 Vax Proof Required
