Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant handles a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain office supplies.
* Welcome and escort visitors and contractors.
* Ensure the office environment is organized (including conference rooms, lobby area, business center).
* Tactfully receive and handle email, telephone calls and other requests.
* Distribute daily mail to appropriate staff.
* Scan physical documents into digital files and ensure they're organized and maintained for easy retrieval.
* Assist with company events and customer visits.
* Assist with travel reservations.
* Assist with expense report preparation and submission.
* Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
* Effective written and verbal communication
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status
Pay rate: $22-29/hour
