**What you will do:**

* Provide front line customer service to visiting guests and guests on the phone; greeting all guests, providing a summary of the winery, directing guests appropriately for both scheduled and walk in appointments

* Manage multiple phone lines, answering, screening and directing all winery calls

* Responsible for scheduling and choreography of appointments to ensure that the flow is appropriate for the space restrictions of the tasting room.

* Provide accurate information about the company/winery to guests, encouraging guests to join our wine club and mailing list

**What you will bring:**

* At least three years of customer service experience, retail/hospitality preferred

* Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and ability prioritize while multi-tasking

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer proficiency

* Must be flexible and available to work varied hours/days of the week

* Knowledge and interest in wine industry

* Must be at least **21** years of age

* Spoken fluency in a second language a plus
