General Job Summary: Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service to our clientele by answering their questions and by recommending the appropriate items to complete customer's projects. In addition, Associates also stock the shelves and maintain their Department and the presentation of merchandise in a neat and orderly fashion at all times. We are a service based business so it is critical that customers are always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Department Specific Essential Skills & Abilities Casual Living: Operate the propane tank (exposure to propane gas), assembly of patio furniture & BBQ's, the regular lifting of up to 25 lbs. and at times up to 60 lbs.
