Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Montecito, CA (Relocation Required)
Seeking a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant to support professional and personal endeavors including 8 months of travel departing in May.
Compensation: 120-150k
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, often for extended periods, months at a time.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on action items.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a high-profile environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to accommodate heavy travel schedules, including extended periods away from home.
- Willingness to relocate to the Santa Barbara area and be available for occasional after-hours support.
