This polished individual will act as Manager on Duty in absence of senior management. Responsibilities include checking in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring complete guest satisfaction; settling bills accurately through credit card or cash transactions; resolving customer complaints; handling all special requests and guest interactions with utmost professionalism and empathy; and reconciling all transactions at the close of each shift.

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of two years of previous supervisory or management front office experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. The successful candidate will have consistency of service to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded and be able to maintain a positive work environment. Proficiency with math calculations is essential and fluency in a second language is a plus. A college degree and Opera software knowledge are strongly preferred.
