**Material Handler**

at Fender Corona, CA * Basic understanding of the flow of material from raw material to finished goods and how their assigned area affects the process.

* Provide material to the production lines in a timely manner to support the production schedule.

* Perform daily goods issues and receipts transactions on sub-assemblies and finished goods.

* Maintain hour by hour charts.

* Set-up and maintain parts supermarket / kanban.

* Fill parts bins on production floor hourly / daily.

* Create daily parts pick-list for warehouse to pull non kanban parts

* Perform daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts as necessary.

* Identify and correct inventory discrepancies

* Commitment to working in a team environment. Communicate in a positive, helpful and constructive manner

* Ability to read and understand production schedules

* Maintain a clean, organized and safe work place.

* Good written and verbal English skills.

* Basic Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Able to understand bills of material.

* Inform lead of any issues regarding production.

* Must be reliable and a self-starter.

* Able to work overtime as needed.

* Strong math skills.

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Basic computer skills, 6 months - 1yr manufacturing experience preferable in Fender
