Opportunities made realVolt is immediately hiring Client Service Specialist in Santa Barbara!As a Client Service Specialist you will:The Customer Service Representative must remain calm under the pressure of a busy and multi-faceted position and is responsible forEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist walk in customersAttend and contribute to weekly leasing status meetingsProcess rental applications - run credit reports, verification of rental history and employmentContact rental applicants with approval/denial informationDraft rental agreements and addendumsSchedule lease signing and resident move insProcess and track lease assignments and subleasesAddress tenant inquiries regarding available units, leasing, assignment/sublet, general office questions, move out procedures, general resident ledger questions. Parking - oversee parking list, agreements and rentalsPlace follow up move in calls to new residentsMaintain neat and tidy workspace and lobbyUnderstand policies and apply them to different situationsWork well as a teamOther duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications:A professional appearanceAbility to deal effectively with a wide range of peopleA positive and outgoing natureNeat legible handwritingRegular and prompt attendanceAbility to work cooperatively with othersDetail orientedAbility to meet multiple deadlinesWorks well under pressure to meet deadlinesGood oral and written communicationSpanish speaking and writing is requiredThis is a Full time opportunity.Pay Rate:$22-$25/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
